The Main Residence is a self-catering apartment within Glenrigh House, arranged over two floors and accessed via its own private entrance at the far end of the building. It accommodates up to seven guests and includes a large kitchen, separate dining room, comfortable sitting room, four bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom, and a downstairs toilet. Most rooms overlook the front garden, with three of the upstairs bedrooms also having distant views towards Loch Linnhe, while the fourth bedroom faces the rear garden and the Cuilcheanna Church ruins.
